<description>Every swimmer has good days and not so good days. Tim is also correct in saying that breath control is really difficult, and even the best swimmers will dread those sets. Get some rest this weekend, and you will feel like a million bucks on Monday morning. The next time you do a set like that, I guarantee that you will see some kind of improvemnt, both in ability and confidence. Remember that you are with best coach around, and when he says not to be disappointed, don&#039;t be. Maybe he will schedule a Chinese breakfast buffet to cheer you up too :)

Give Jeff and all those at Lee my best!

		<description>Paul,

Jeff is a master at pushing his swimmers to places they never believe they can go. If he believes you did a good job this morning--listen to him (smile). Your teammates and coaches are really impressed with how you are in great shape and continue to get faster. Breath control is one of the hardest things in swimming--especially over 100 yards. Don&#039;t get too discouraged, we believe in you! Next time we do the set, I will be gasping for air right next to you (smile). See you Monday morning!
