Take it from me, the 100 is THE most difficult race from a physical perspective.  The 50 is the most difficult from a technical perspective because you have no margin for error, the 200 from a conditioning/pacing perspective. But the 100, even done right, hurts like Hades and there&#039;s nothing you can do about it but just go. Personally, I&#039;ve come to still love the 50 (that&#039;s my pride and joy) but I&#039;m also a big fan of the 200 and have lost the love for the 100. The 100 just hurts too much. 

Keep up the great work in the pool!!!!! Wish we were at the same locale for the Nov Open. Good luck!!!</description>
