		<description>That shoulder may be a cause for worry and I wouldn&#039;t swim through the pain if it persists.  Acute &quot;swimmer&#039;s shoulder&quot; can give you sleepless nights.  Doc may recommend complete rest and physical therapy/rehab.  Good luck on the shoulder.</description>

		<description>Did you get the shoulder checked out to make sure it wasn&#039;t something like a rotator cuff tear or bone spurs? If it&#039;s bone spurs, you can look into acupuncture. Just make sure it&#039;s not an injury or you could end up with a long-term or possibly permanent injury.</description>
