This week’s rain-blurred ‘picture of the week’ — sent to us via tweet @reachforthewall — perfectly encapsulates the mood at pools all across the DMV this past weekend. It may have been damp and cloudy, but that did little to deter swimmers from having fun with their friends and teammates as the 2012 summer season winds down.
