Jack Conger rocked the competition Wednesday night in the men’s 200-meter backstroke, bringing the crowd to their feet in the Orlando YMCA Aquatic Center.
While many of the area’s top swimmers competed at Junior Nationals over the weekend, the younger age group took part in the 2010 14 & Under Potomac Valley Swim Junior Olympic Championships at Fairland Aquatic Center.
