Montgomery County teams shined at this year's Maryland 4A/3A Swimming Championship, dominating the team competition. 16 state records were broken by MCPS swimmers, as Walter Johnson's boys and Whitman's girls claimed their school's first state titles.
Woodson, Yorktown, and Oakton are undefeated on both girls' and boys' sides in the Northern Region with one meet to go. Churchill, Wootton, Walter Johnson, and Whitman are battling it out in the MCPS' top division, and are looking ahead to their first Maryland states appearances.
