Langley girls, Westfield boys win Va. AAA titles

Langley’s girls used an all-around team performance and two relay wins to vault back to the top of the Virginia AAA swim championships, while Westfield’s confidence boosted them to the program’s first-ever title. Complete meet results inside (pdf)

Locals take titles on first day of CAAs

Locals Ashley Danner (Lake Braddock) and Meredith Budner (Walter Johnson) open the CAA Championships with titles in the 200 IM and 500 freestyle, respectively. Many other locals competed, including former Edison standout David Kiss and former Yorktown star Katie Radloff. VIDEO INCLUDED
