Friday, March 12th, 2010Former All-Met and Olympian Kate Ziegler is seeded first in several events for this weekend’s PVS Senior Short Course Championships held at George Mason, and in some races might go up against some of the area’s top young swimmers. Five local swimmers qualified for the men’s NCAA swim championships, check out their seeds for the meet. Former All-Met Swimmer of the Year Eric Friedland is seeded third in the 200 breaststroke. Also, prepping for NCSA junior champs.

Monday, February 1st, 2010Madison’s boys’ and girls’ teams took home titles in the Liberty District, W.T. Woodson’s boys’ and girls’ earned championships in the Patriot and the Oakton boys and Robinson girls won titles in the Concorde in meets around the area. FULL RESULTS INSIDE!!
